Italian designer Loro Piana is sold in high-end stores including Neiman-Marcus. For this sample and clearance sale, prices are up to 70% off retail. The sale includes some uncut bolts cashmere and fine wool, for those of you who are good with a needle and thread. This special sale is Sunday, September 30th through Thursday, Oct. 4th, at Soiffer Haskin, 317 West 33rd Street, just west of Broadway. Hours are Sunday through Wednesday, 9:00am to 6:30pm and Thursday: 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Credit cards only, no cash or personal checks. Strollers and children under 12 not permitted.
