Get NYC culture on the cheap at the annual Dumbo Arts Festival, all weekend. In addition to with art installations projection beamed into the sky in the evening from sundown to midnight, there are music and art performance events throughout the weekend, and many Dumbo artists are opening their studios for tours. the Dumbo Arts Festival is free, Saturday noon to 9 p.m. and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. Check the event site for full listings.
