Fashionista alert: Dolce & Gabbana spring and summer merchandise is up to 70% off original retail at this special and exclusive sample sale in Chelsea. The sale is Wed., Sept. 19 through Sun., Sept 23rd, at Metropolitan Pavillion, 123 West 18th St., Fifth Floor. Cash and credit cards only, no checks or children under age 12 permitted, and all sales final, of course. Hours are Wednesday, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m; Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Expect to check your handbag, so wear something with pockets for your wallet and smartphone.
