Headliners include platinum-selling powerhouses Kelly Clarkson, the Fray, LL Cool J featuring DJ Z-Trip and the reunited 98 Degrees with the Lachey Brothers, plus New Kids on the Block, who’ll team with Backstreet Boys for their only 2012 combined appearance as NKOTBSB.
