Who says nothing good happens on Friday the 13th? Starbucks is promoting its new handcrafted Refreshers beverages on Friday the 13th with a FREE giveaway at participating stores in the U. S. and Canada. The Starbucks freebie is noon to 3 p.m., while supplies last. The free Refreshers are your choice of Very Berry Hibiscus and Cool Lime flavors. Both are made with green coffee extracts, so you’ll get a caffeine kick. Starbucks is calling this a “global breakthrough beverage innovation”, for mixing coffee extract with fruit juice and ice.
And remember — Krispy Kreme donuts are 75 cents a dozen on July 13th, too, with the purchase of another dozen.
