Popular rockers LMFAO perform FREE this Friday for the The Good Morning America Summer Concert Series 2012. Other performers scheduled on future Fridays through Labor Day weekend include No Doubt, Demi Lovato, The Wanted and Neon Trees. The concerts are in Rumsey Field in Central Park. Gates open at 6 a.m., the concerts are 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. during the GMA broadcast, with portions broadcast live. The best way to get to Rumsey Field is via the Central Park entrance at Fifth Avenue and 72nd Street. There’s also a competing free Friday concert in Rockefeller Center, sponsored by the NBC Today Show — this week it’s superstar group Maroon 5.
