Fashionistas and bargain hunters rejoice. Three new T.J. Maxx and Marshalls mega-stores are opening in Manhattan in the next few weeks, one each on the Upper East Side, Chelsea and Columbus Circle.
The newest T.J. Maxx opens today, Sunday Oct. 24th at 59th St. and First Ave, at the Queensboro Bridge. For opening day only, the store opens at 8 a.m.
On Thursday, Oct. 28th, Marshalls opens on 18th St. and Sixth Ave. in Chelsea, also with a special opening day 8 a.m. start. This new Marshalls location essentially replaces the Filene’s Basememt store that closed recently.
On Thursday, Nov. 11th, another T.J. Maxx opens at 57th St. and Eighth Ave. This new TJ’s next door to a huge Gap and across the street from Daffy’s, which makes this block of 57th Street a new mega destination for budget fashion.
BTW — TJ and Marshalls are owned by the same company. Open a TJX Rewards MasterCard credit card and take an 10% off your first in-store purchase. Find more best buys on the NYCOTC Daily Deals page. Click here for a round-up of 100+ of the best online deals.
