Swing Dance Your Way into 2010

The sweet swinging sounds of the 30s and 40s are a great way to welcome in the newest decade.  Head to Brooklyn’s Montauk Club for a New Year’s Eve Formal Ball to swing dance to the live music of Michael Arenella & His Dreamland Septet, and the Minsky Sisters join in the fun at midnight. 

The Montauk Club is an elegant and  historic private club and ballroom at 25 8th Ave in the heart of Park Slope.  The New Year’s Eve dance party starts at 9 p.m.  Price is $75 per person,  and the dress code is formal, vintage or cocktail.  No tacky t-shirts or grungy jeans for New Year’s Eve, please.   Reservations are required, either online or by calling 718-638-6800.
