Here’s your chance to read a book for free before it’s published. Crown Publishing, a division of Random House, has an website called Read it Forward, which lets you request three soon-to-be-published books each month, read it when it arrives in the mailbox, and then generate some buzz for the book by passing it on to a friend or chatting about it on your own blog or website. Each book has an online excerpt so you can determine if it’s something of interest. For December choose from Breaking Out of Bedlam, Prima Donna, or True Confections. Book offers change every month or so.
