• Grand Central Terminal, in the Graybar Passage
• Penn Station, in the LIRR and Amtrak councourses
• Port Authority Bus Terminal, main concourse close to the 42nd St. entrance

You will make somebody happy.  And warm.  New York does care.  Each year caring New Yorkers donate upwards of 100,000 warm coats and jackets for the poor and needy.
