Split personality: one-woman show of 40 characters

pianoTalented actress Antonia Dadon takes on 40 different personalities in a one-woman show that tells the history of the Harlem Renaissance through characters who lived it.  It’s funny and thought-provoking.  The play, “Zora” , is written by Laurence Holder, and is on a limited run at the Faison Firehouse Theater this weekend only, November 28th and 29th.  Performances are at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sunday.    The theater is in the heart of Harlem, at 6 Hancock Place at 124th St.  You can get there by taking the A Train that Duke Ellington immortalized in song.

Tickets are $25, and $23.50 for seniors in advance and $30 at the door.  The theater is at 6 Hancock Place, at 125th Street.  You can buy tickets from Theatermania, or by calling 347-767-8482
